The model Hofstede identifies as the cultural value and develops their own values and relation with their consumers. Values are selected to understand the beliefs and ideas of employees as they are bound to perform ethical behaviour and social responsibility.

    An organisational culture is completely based on values, norms, and behaviour. Change in communication, especially social media and sharing helps in marketing of an organisation.
